Parcel #2 does have some personal property on it that will convey to the Buyer, scrap iron & misc. Online Pre bidding willend at 10am on Tuesday May 28th. Live Auction will be at 416 Main in Holyrood at 2pm on Tuesday May 28th. We will collect 10% ofthe final bid price as non refundable earnest money after the sale, with closing to occur in 30 days or less after the sale. Closing costswill be split equaly between Seller & Buyer. Current tenant will harvest the wheat crop in the ground, possesion will not happen until thewheat has been harvested. Mineral rights if any will pass to the Buyer. Real Estate is being sold in its present exsisting condition withno warranty or guarantee of any kind other than Seller will provide good title.
