Currently there are 17 units available as of this writing. Number of units on auction day may be different if renters bring thier accounts up to date and current. Please read all Terms & Conditions for this auction before attending. Terms & Conditions Gates open on location and registration for auction will begin at 9:00am and auction will begin at 10:00am. This is a CASH ONLY auction! No checks or credit cards will be accepted for payment. Units will be sold to the highest bidder by public auction. All items in units are sold AS IS Where Is without any warranty or guarantee implied or expressed. No items may be removed from the units until paid in full. Purchasers must clean out units entirely and remove all contents from the property within 48 hours of auction ending. Units must be broom swept. Dumpster on site may not be used for unwanted contents.
