Notes for Sellers It is best if you can enter your animal prior to the sale and include a photo as we can include this on our catalogue and advertise your animal for sale. On the day of the sale lot numbers will not be issued until the animals' passport is presented in the sales office. Entries will not be accepted by phone or fax and will be returned if not accompanied by the correct entry fee. You can enter your animals' details online and include a photo or Entry forms can be downloaded from our web site - www.hanleysales.com. It is in the vendors own interest to include as much information as possible when making their entry. We are the auctioneers - we do our best to sell your animal but we need all of the information. All ponies, including foals, must be haltered. This rule must be adhered to for the safety of all attending the sales.
