Due to bad weather and severe rain monday and tuesday we will have all bulk item furniture pickup starting wednesday. We will have pickups wednesday through Saturday. We will use monday and tuesday for shipping and small items. No pickups Monday. We will allow invoices with small items tuesday afternoon. Make sure you bring help to load heavy items we have forklift. Lifting from our staff will only be with forklift. there could be unseen blemishes on products/ furniture. If you want to inspect for yourself make appt prior to bidding. we tried to take good photos. Rain is expected monday and tuesday plan accordingly with tarps covers to protect furniture renting an 6x12 uhaul enclosed trailer will be best. We will have curbside delivery available. We will drop off at your house. you will be responsible for unloading from trailer. Services start at $100. must be paid in advance. We will deliver in the rain if needed. We will have uhaul trailer rented and available for delivery. we can pallet ship furniture using freightquote. You can get weight and dimension from amazon or wayfair or other online resources. any questions just ask. we will not give refunds for minor blemishes only major defects. Inspect before taking home. Bring shrink wrap to protect your furniture. Harbor freight is cheapest price for biggest roll. We can shrink wrap your furniture for $15. or you can wrap yourself. protect your investment. We have items ready for pickup. If you make appointment and cancel or dont show up we have to move items around. We charge for no shows and cancelled appointments. Dont make appointment unless you are sure about time. you have roughly a 2 hour window before after appointment except last 2 hours. If last appointment slot is booked and you have alot of items we will cancel and ask to reschedule. We close promptly after last appointment time slot. We are happy to stick around if we are paid for our time. we arent always staffed. so please bring help we will not lift heavy items except with forklift. Please tip staff for helping lifting heavy items. . Please have your vehicle empty so your dont have to rearrange entire car to fit items. Or please rent trailer borrow friends truck/van.

There is also a ramp and additional empty concrete pad for expansion. 3) you will get our forklift and our 40 foot high cube shipping container. ( we are not selling seperately.) 4) you will get all our existing inventory. We have enough inventory for 3-4 more auctions. or longer. 5) all shelving and pallet racks. 6) our website domain and hibid account info or start your own. 7) we bought a new domain name and business name we would transfer over. New name and website wont be revealed. 8) 7500+ customer list.. serious inquiries only. $5000 deposit and non disclosure agreement required to begin negotiations. no information will be given without deposit.
