20% Buyers Premium and 6% Michigan Sales Tax charged on each unit. Pickup and cleanout must be completed by 5pm on Friday May 31. $200 per unit cleanout deposit must be given to the unit owner upon arrival for pickup. Will be returned after each unit is empty and swept clean.
SHIPPING IS NOT FREE or CHEAP! We only charge $5.00 for most shipments plus cost of box and packing materials PLUS postage! Postage from ALL carriers has increased greatly! What you pay for something has NOTHING to do with price of shipping. Postage is based on WEIGHT and SIZE!
