Any dispute arising as to the highest bidder to be resolved by the auctioneer who may refuse any bid or bid on behalf of clients or withdraw any lot from sale. Whilst every care is taken, the auctioneer does not accept responsibility for items described incorrectly either in catalogues or at auction. Intending purchasers are advised to take advantage of the time given to view items prior to auction commencement. The auctioneer is merely the agent of the vendor in respect of the sale of goods.
