By placing a bid, the bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. There are reserves on all vehicles. Vehicles will not be sold unless reserve is met. Buyer's premium is 5% on all items purchased. Items can be removed the day of the sale, or during the scheduled pick up date of August 26, 2018 2pm-7pm or by arrangements. No vehicles will be shipped. Owner and Auction Company are not responsible for accidents the day of sale. Announcements made day of sale take precedence over any advertisements. The company is not responsible for any malfunctioning of internet service during or at the end of the auction. Titles for purchased items, if applicable, will be disbursed on pick-up day only if the item is paid for with cash. Otherwise they will be processed and mailed within 15 business days.
