Description
Customer Locations in and around the Alexandria area. The Buyer will be responsible for picking up the containers from the customer locations within 30 days or to contract directly with the customers to leave the containers there. The contents of the containers are not included and belong to the customers, therefore the buyer will have to remove the contents from the containers or negotiate an agreeement between the Buyer and the Customer to pay them for the scrap metal in those containers. The Auctioneer and Trustee will NOT be a part of those negotiations. Those negotiations are between the Buyer and the Customer only.

Description
We have been commissioned by the United States Bankruptcy Court to auction off the movable assets of Alexandria Iron & Supply Corporation, which will include all excavators, loaders, trucks, trailers, fork lifts, scales, iron and metal supplies, as well as scrap materials. This will be an online only internet auction that will be set to close on Monday, June 18, 2018 beginning at 2pm CST.
There is a 10% Buyer's Premium on all items. The Buyer is responsible for loading out their own items. Items must be picked up on Tuesday, June 19, 2018 or Wednesday, June 20, 2018 between the hours of 9am and 5pm only. We will not have staff on site after those days. The winning bidders of the supply iron (Lot #31) and scrap metal (Lot #30), and the overhead crane (Lot #32) will be given keys to the property gates to load out their own items and those two bidders will have up to 60 days to remove their items. However it should be noted that there are great security concerns on this property as we have already had several people caught stealing from this site. If the Buyer chooses to leave items on the property after June 20, 2018, they do so at their own risk. A preview and inspection will be on the day of the auction (Monday, June 18, 2018) between the hours of 9am and 12pm.

Payment Terms
No checks accepted. We accept bank wire transfers or cash payments delivered to our auction office in Shreveport. We do accept credit cards but there is a 3% surcharge for processing credit card payments. The preferred method of payment is a bank wire that must be received by Tuesday, June 19, 2018 no later than 12pm noon.
Shipping and Pickup is the responsibility of the buyers. We will be onsite on Tuesday, June 19, 2018 and Wednesday, June 20, 2018 from 9am to 5pm only. Our guys on-site cannot receive payments. Payments must be made through our Shreveport office.
