Bidding will begin to close on Tuesday, May 29, 2018 at 2:00pm MDT. Starting with lot#1, items will close at 2 lots per minute until all items have sold (approximately 1 hour and 45 minuets). Any bidding on a lot within the final minute will extend the bidding on that lot by an additional minute until no further bidding occurs. Live catalog available starting at 1:30pm. ---PAYMENT--- <b>Acceptable Forms of Payment</b> Cash, Local (in state) personal or company check, credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express) with 3.25% swipe fee up to $5,000, or wire transfer (wiring instructions provided upon request, all wire transfers include a $10 fee), or out of state check with bank letter guaranteeing payment only. Cash and check payments accepted on settlement day during scheduled hours. After that time, only payment by credit card or wire transfer will be accepted. You will be required to provide a copy of your paid in full receipt before you will be allowed to remove any items from the property. *ADDITIONAL NOTE* Buyer must take possession of all items no later than 30 days from the auction closing unless storage arrangements have been made. If the buyer has not taken possession of all items by this time the property will be considered abandoned. Reasonable storage fees will be assessed and/or ownership will revert back to the seller.
