Receive a 50 minute One-on-One physical yoga session with Richa Eland, Co-Owner of Sri Yoga Studio in Athens, Ohio. No matter what level of yoga you are interested, or what experience you have, Richa will tailor time in the studio to your needs. Want to work your balance? Want to help that tightness in your hips? Maybe you have pain in your feet or hands, or you need to work from a chair only? Perhaps you practice yoga postures every day but you need new material for inspiration? Perhaps you need help relaxing? Would you just like to learn how to breathe deeply? With 40 + years of yoga teaching experience, Richa Eland will work with you and give you the tools to work on yourself, at home! Richa Eland is a licensed social worker from the State of MN, a Registered Jin Shin Do® Acupressurist & Authorized Jin Shin Do® Teacher, and Yoga Instructor, certified with both Yoga Alliance and The Himalayan Institute Teacher Association. Sri Yoga Studio specializes in YOU! Sri Health of Athens, Ohio provides the tools and training to keep your Self in balance. Their yoga studio provides a community of like-minded individuals that helps keep you on the path to better health. Their classes, mentoring, bodywork, and other learning opportunities promote body & mind flexibility, which lead to living joyfully. They are located 61 Columbia Ave, Athens Ohio (corner of Columbia and Highland) about 7 minutes drive from OU or Kroger. Visit Sri Yoga Studio online at: www.srihealth.com Additional Details: • Use by January 2019 on mutually agreed date. Allow for two weeks advance notice for scheduling. Not available on major holidays. • Good for one person • Minimum age is 16 (with guardian) • Accessibility: Studio is located on the second floor (20 steps) • You can bring water. You should eat lightly before a session. A full meal must be finished 2 hours before the session. No alcohol or food in the studio. • Wear loose fitting, comfortable clothes. Layers always help. • If you own a yoga mat, bring it. If not, Richa will provide one.
