86.65 +/- surveyed acres, 82.09 tillable acres. There is a 40' grass lane on the North end of this tract and a narrow strip of brush line on the East side of Tract I. Taxes on Tract I for payment in 2017 were $789.40.
10% down the day of auction with the balance due on or before April 1, 2018. The successful bidders will be required to enter into a written contract agreement day of auction.
