A $1 credit card authorization will be processed when registering for this auction. The $1 is simply a pending hold on your card and is held by the credit card company for varying lengths but typically 24-72 hours. This $1 authorization is not actually charged to your card it's for verification purposes only. 3.) A 10% buyer's premium will apply to each item unless declared otherwise. Sales tax of 6% will be applied on total amount of purchase unless tax exempt. 4.) We attempt to describe all these items to the best of our ability and many times rely on information from the consignor that is given to us. All items are offered for sale as is, where is with no warranty or guarantee is made or implied as to condition, authenticity or era of any described item. All items are offered for sale to the highest bidder with no minimums or reserves. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition / authenticity prior to bidding. The Auctioneer reserves the right to refuse any bid not believed to be in good faith. 8.) All items offered for sale in this auction will be offered for sale by auction only and there are no pre-sales. 9.) All items purchased by the successful bidder will be charged immediately following the close of this auction unless other payment arrangements have been made. 10.) Wyoming sales tax is payable by all buyers liable to tax. All dealers must provide a valid resale number upon registration and provide a copy of tax license when picking up your items. 11.) All items must be picked up by Saturday October 21st, 2017 unless prior arrangements have been made. If for any reason the purchaser fails to remove any lot within the time specified the lot shall be deemed abandoned and Auctioneer, at their sole discretion may resell the lot / lots. Failure to abide by the pickup date may result in loss of bidding privileges.
