If you cannot be available to pick up your items on Wednesday, May 3, 2017 between the hours of 9am and 5pm, please do not place a bid on items in this auction.
There is a 10% Buyer's Premium on all winning bids.
Lots # 1-68 and 500 and up are located at the Cheddar's location on E. 70th Street, however all other lots have been moved to The Lawler Auction Facility's warehouse at 7781 Highway 1 North, Shreveport, LA.
This will be an online only auction with the first lot starting to close at 2pm on Tuesday, May 2nd, with each subsequent lot closing just seconds behind the other. In the event that a last minute bid is placed the bidding will be extended for approximately two minutes allowing the other bidders and opportunity to increase their bids.
Bidders may place a "Max Bid" (Maximum Bid) and the computer system will bid automatically up to the maximum bid in increments.
All items are sold "as is" without warranties or guarantees of any kind whatsoever. Therefore we strongly encourage you to inspect all bids carefully before placing a bid. Both the Cheddar's location as well as our warehouse facility will be open for preview and inspection on Monday, May 1, 2017 from 1pm to 5pm.
Once the auction has ended, Lawler Auction Company will immediately charge the credit card on file and the 3% standard credit card surcharge will apply. Those wishing to avoid the 3% surcharge may include a note in the "Auctioneer's Notes" section of your account notifying the auctioneer that you will be paying cash on the day of the auction, but not later than 10AM on Wednesday, May 3, 2017. In the event that a credit card fails to automatically charge, there will be a $25 administrative fee for any declined credit cards.
All items must be removed from both locations no later than Wednesday, May 3, 2017 at 5pm, otherwise items will be subject to a storage fee of $9 per day, and auctioneer shall have the authority to dispose of or sell any item left on auction site after 5 days (at auctioneer's sole discretion). If we have to make an extra trip out to meet a customer on another day, there is a minimum $100 service charge to cover the cost of an employee, truck, and fuel.
However Lawler Auction Company, it's Consignors, agents, officers, owners, and employees are not to be held responsible or liable for any item left on the auction property regardless of when the items are picked up. Buyer is solely responsible for the security of the items purchased and therefore should remove items from the auction site immediately.
