Any item not picked up by March 31, 2017 will start to accrue a storage fee of $5 per day. If the item hasn't been removed by April 30, 2017 it will become abandoned property. Auction company will have a 6,000 LB forklift available to assist with load out of light weight items on the following dates:Sunday 3/19 12-5 PM, Monday 3/20 & Tuesday 3/218:30AM-4:30PM.There will be no loading up after dark. Loading & handling heavy items will be the responsibility of the buyer. Riggers will be on-site auction day for quotes. LOADING & HANDLING HEAVY ITEMS WILL BE THE RESPONSIBLITY OF THE BUYER.
