The highest bidder shall be the purchaser and the decision of the Auctioneer relating to all matters is final 3. All merchandise is subject to a 10% (Live Auction) or 13% (Internet Auction) Buyers Fee and HST 4. All merchandise must be paid for on the date of the sale 5. All sales are final 6. All merchandise is sold in an 'As Is' condition without recourse to the vendor 7. All merchandise must be removed on the sale date or otherwise by special arrangement with the management 8. All merchandise left on the premises after being purchased is left at the purchaser's risk and movement of any merchandise is at the purchaser's risk 9.
