Vehicles can be titled by submitting form 411185 to your Motor Vehicle County Treasurer, in Iowa, along with an Odometer Statement which indicates, NOT ACTUAL mileage and an Damage Disclosure. (these forms along with a bill of sale will be provided to you upon payment).
