6 year old draft cross gelding, stands 16 hh and built like one should be.
Rock crushin country coverin bugger. If you’re looking for a horse that can take a pounding and never run out of gas this is the horse you’ve been looking for. Hood in the rocks and rough country, rides around really nice, easy keeper gets along with any other horses. Will go everywhere you point him. We’ve had him in parades, roped off him both in and out of the arena, used him to start some snaky broncs and guides trail rides on him. He’s been taught to lay down, will over night by being staked out. Just a solid using horse. Now with that being said this is a one-person horse and isn’t one to take lightly, he does not buck at all let me repeat that he isn’t a horse that’ll even crow hop. He will be very watchy on the ground and if you don’t go at him right, he will let you know. If you want to shoe him you’ve beat lay him down to do the hinds you can get by the front with a set of hobbles. When you go to bridle him just unbuckle your headstall it’s not worth the fight. When you load him just walk in the trailer and tie him in and walk out don’t try to ease around him. This horse is well worth the bs you have to put up with. He’s literally had everything packed on him from bed rolls to teepees to water tanks and we’ve got pictures to prove it. He wants to help you with your jobs that need done he just don’t want to be loved on before or after the job is done.
