NOTE: Real estate purchases may NOT be paid for via credit card. Deposit: Purchaser shall deposit 10% of the full purchase amount on the property within 24 hours of the conclusion of the auction and acknowledge all requested/required paperwork. Required paperwork will consist of Purchase Contract, Agency Disclosure, and Demand Note for entire purchase amount to guarantee closing. Copies of the required paperwork will be available for preview on our website at www.SempleSells.com. Buyer's Premium: A ten percent buyer's premium shall be added to the high bid amount to determine the full purchase amount on the condominium. By example, if you're the winning bidder at a high bid of $50,000, your contract purchase amount will be $55,000.
