The auction will open on Monday, April 24, 2017 at 9:00 A.M. and remain open until May 1, 2017 at 3:00 P.M. Registration: All prospective bidders are required to register to bid. Deposit: Purchaser shall deposit 10% of the full purchase amount on the property within 24 hours of the conclusion of the auction and acknowledge all requested/required paperwork. Buyer's Premium: A ten percent buyer's premium shall be added to the high bid amount to determine the full purchase amount on the condominium. Closings & Possession: Closing on the property shall be within 2 weeks after the court confirmation. Time is of the essence. Possession will be immediate at closing.
