Inspection & Condition :There is no inspection for the auction. All lots are described and photographed to the best of our ability to give a fair and accurate representation of condition. All items are purchased AS IS, WHERE IS without warranty expressed or implied. Buyers are responsible for rigging, loading, and moving all items purchased without assistance from Tristar Treasures. Payment: The credit card used to secure one's bids and will be charged automatically at the end of the auction. 10 % buyers premium in addition to TN sales tax of 9.25% will be added to bid to determine the final sale price. Registration with a valid credit card is required before placing a bid in an online auction. Pickup: A sign-up link will be emailed out at the close of the auction for you to sign up for a pickup time slot. Due to limited parking and staff, it is important that you sign up for a time and come during that window so we can get everyone on their way quickly and efficiently. There will be signs in the parking lot with the number and information on what to do when you arrive. In the event that your item(s) are not picked up during the available pickup dates and times you will forfeit your items and the payment made will not be refunded. ALL ITEMS NOT PICKED UP AT THE DESIGNATED PICK UP TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED PROPERTY UNLESS SHIPPING HAS BEEN REQUESTED & will not be the responsibility of Tristar Treasures, the auctioneer, or the seller.to hold for the buyer. Shipping: Domestic Non PO box shipping is available for most items unless indicated. We only charge the actual quoted shipping price plus a 3% cc fee. If you would like your items shipped you will be able to inform us after payment has been made and we have sent out a sign up link via email for pickup. You can reply to the email address in the sign up email and let us know your name, phone number and address. We will email you a payable invoice link within 3 business days to complete your shipment.
