Bidders must be of legal age to bid. WHEN YOU REGISTER: There is no cost to register for an auction. Up to $1 may be charged, then reversed automatically to validate your credit card by AuctionFlex the first time you register. PAYMENT: Gabby's Auctions DOES NOT get your credit card information from HiBid. All items must be paid for at, or prior to, pickup or shipping. Card used to register is not automatically charged. USA bidders - 7 days after the auction closes you will be emailed a final shipping invoice and payment form to input your credit card information. Prompt payment is appreciated. BUYERS PREMIUM: 15% Buyers Premium. "SOFT CLOSE" allows Bidders extra time to submit a bid. When a bid is placed with 2 minutes or less remaining in the sale of that item, "SOFT CLOSE" extends the bidding time an additional 2 minutes on that item only. Time continues to be extended as long as bids continue to be placed in the last 2 minutes of the sale of that item. The time period runs out when bidding ceases. During the final 2 minutes of a lot, you can only bid from the Live Catalogue, NOT your Watchlist. REFUND POLICY: All Sales are FINAL and returns are not accepted. No claims regarding goods purchased will be allowed. NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES. All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. While we do our best to describe items accurately, descriptions are not guaranteed. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinable factor. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who bid from off site understand and acknowledge they will not be able to inspect an item as if they examined it in person. Bidder signifies they have examined the items to their satisfaction or they have chosen not to personally examine them. UNTESTED: In some instances, we may not be able to check if an item is working or complete; for example, a film projector with no film to test if it runs through. We make every effort to report conditions such as 'turns on', 'lights up', 'parts move' etc., whenever possible. ADDITIONS & DELETIONS: We reserve the right to remove and/or add lots and/or items to the sale at any point before or during the auction. In the event of the HiBid site crashing, we reserve the right to extend the closing date of the sale to compensate for the time the site was down. PICK UP: A link will be included in the invoices for bidders to choose their day, time for pick up. SHIPPING: Shipping available only on lots indicated. Shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer and include actual shipping costs plus a $6 (non-breakable items) or $15 (breakable items) handling fee. Items should ship starting 7 working days from the conclusion of the auction. Tax is applied to all Canadian invoices. USA invoices are not taxed.
