Description	Rodney and Sandra have sold their home and are downsizing. They are offering a variety of items to the highest bidder. We have a JD 4020 tractor, 16' stock trailer, two horse enclosed trailer, shop and livestock handling equipment, hand and power tools. Watch for more items to be added. To the successful bidders: PLEASE bring adequate help to load your purchases. Some of these items are heavy and bulky.

DATE: Bidding will begin Saturday, August 11, 2018 with a staggered closing beginning Tuesday, August 21, 2018 at 2 PM central time. DESCRIPTION: Rodney and Sandra are downsizing and offering the following no longer used items to the highest bidder. This is all high quality, well maintained tractor, horse and livestock trailers, woodworking tools, farm and shop equipment. TERMS & CONDITIONS: Thank you for taking the time to carefully review the terms and conditions below. This is an ONLINE ONLY auction. REGISTRATION: To bid you will need to register and create a user name and password. If you are a returning bidder, you are required to update any information that may have changed on your account. Neither Hibid.com nor Gateway Realty NP retain the credit card number provided when registering. BUYER PREMIUM: 10% will be added to all final bids when paying by check or cash (7.5% on items $5,000 or higher). 15% will be added to all final bids when using a credit/debit card as payment (10% on items $5,000 or higher). Neither Gateway Realty NP, nor Hibid.com, retain your credit card number. WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold "as is, where is" with no warranty expressed or implied. CHANGES TO THE AUCTION: To best respond to various circumstances during the auction, changes to specific lots, descriptions and photos may become necessary and occur without notice. SUCCESSFUL BIDDER NOTIFICATION: Successful bidders will be notified by email from Gateway Realty upon the close of the last item on the auction.
