Description	Ron Robbins Absolute Equipment Auction. Ron Robbins has sold his Onaway ranch and relocated to a smaller residence in Northern Michigan. As such, he no longer utilizes the large selection of equipment that he used to maintain and improve his expansive ranch. Ron is a meticulous maintainer and consistently fussed over his equipment's care and utility. This selection of low hour equipment is a fantastic opportunity to upgrade your fleet of commercial and personal equipment. Ron's auction will be conducted with Live and Internet bidding. The Simulcast portion of the program will begin at 11:30AM, while the Live Auction portion will begin at 11AM and then pause for the Simulcast Catalog to be concluded. Bidders can participate in this auction by: 1. Registering prior to the auction and leave Internet Pre-Bids. 2. Attend the auction in person and bid live. 3. Register online and bid online while the auction is being conducted live. Equipment inspection may be conducted on Thursday, August 23, 2018 between 12noon and 7pm, or by appointment with Leist Auctioneers (231-347-1179), Frank (231-838-2780), Ed (231-838-1484), Wade (231-330-1042), or Jerry (231-675-1325). All items sell AS-IS with no warranties or guarantees, of any kind, expressed, or implied. Leist Auctioneers acts as an agent for the Seller and is not responsible for statements made by the Seller. All transactions are between the Buyer and the Seller. Statements made day of auction take precedence over printed material or internet material. Leist Auctioneers has made every effort to provide pictures and accurate descriptions of each item within the auction to assist the Bidder in determining condition and value. Some errors and ommissions are likely and do occur. It is the Bidder's responsibility to inspect items prior to bidding to determine make, condition, and value. Leist Auctioneers will not be responsible for items that do not meet Bidder satisfaction for any reason. Preview opportunities are available for this reason. This auction will be conducted ABSOLUTE, meaning there are no reserves and all items will transfer ownership to the highest bidder at the conclusion of bidding. Leist Auctioneers is not responsible for software or service errors which may inhibit Internet Bidding. Internet bidders with winning bids will have a 7% Buyer's Premium added to the high bid on each item to determine the final selling price. For example, an item with a high bid of $100 will have a final selling price of $107. A 3% premium will be applied to all credit card transactions. All items must be removed from the auction grounds by 7pm on Sunday, August 26, 2018. Leist Auctioneers is not responsible for any items once sold.
