There are NO EXCEPTIONS! Failure to do so will result in being prevented from signing up for future auctions. As stated below, all items are "AS IS" and we encourage viewing, but if there is issues with the item we will usually take it back and refund you, EXCEPT FOR items that have "As Is" or "Used" in front of the title, those are non-returnable. For the items not declared as such, if something is wrong, you must do so within 4 business days of the end of Auction. If Auction is Wednesday at 6:00 PM you have until Tuesday at 5:00 PM to bring it back. All items are to be paid and picked up by Friday July 20, 2018 at 5:00 PM and are subject to a storage fee of $10/day per item if not. All items MUST BE Paid for and picked up on location. All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. All descriptions believed accurate but not warranted. Bidder inspection is encouraged. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Bidder acknowledges and understands that the online service may or may not function correctly. Under no circumstances shall a Bidder have any kind of claim against Gardner Auctions Inc.
