Terms of Auction The property in today's auction will be offered by the Auctioneer as an agent for the Seller, governed by the terms and conditions listed below. 1. All items sold AS IS, WHERE IS, without warranty of any kind. 2. The highest bidder shall be deemed the purchaser by the Auctioneer. Should any dispute arise between the two or more recognized bidders, the article or articles being sold may be immediately put up for resale at the option of the Auctioneer. In the event of a tie bid between an absentee bid from HiBid and a floor bid the bid from the auction floor will bedeclared the winning bid. 3. When an item is declared sold by the Auctioneer, the purchaser assumes full liability for that item and said item remains on the premises at the purchaser's risk. All items must be removed from auction premises by July 18, 3 PM unless prior arrangements have been made with the Auctioneer. 4. Full payment for all purchases shall be made by purchaser before item leaves the auction premises. Payments shall be in form of cash, traveler's check, cashier's check, personal and company checks acceptable to Auctioneer as well as Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. 5. There is a 3% surcharge for payment by Visa, Master Card or Discover. 6. There is a 10% Buyer's Premium on all sales.
