TERMS OF SALE
Purchaser(s) will be expected to pay 10% of the purchase price on day of sale and sign a standard real estate contract agreeing to pay the balance in full on or August 10, 2018. Possession will be given upon closing, subject to existing 2018 cash rent leases. The Sellers will assign all of their right, title and interest in and to the existing 2018 cash rent leases to the Purchaser(s), along with the 2018 cash rent.
