Terms and Conditions of Sale 1. There is a 10% administration on all purchases 2. Terms: Cash, Debit or Credit Card. Nothing to be removed until paid in full. 3. All items are sold as-is, where-is, and lie at the purchasers risk immediately. 4. The items have been displayed and each purchaser shall be held to have satisfied himself as to the conditions, identity, and authenticity and shall not be entitled to make any objection after the sale, whatsoever. 5. The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and shall control the bidding process at all times. 6. In case of dispute the auctioneer's decision shall be final. 7. All merchandise must be paid for on the day of the sale. 8. Any bank interuption or stoppage of payment will be turned over to legal authorities and all cost will lie at the purchasers expense. 9. All bidders are bound by their signature on bidders registration agreement. 10. You are responsible for all items charged to your bidding number. 11. I (we) agree to assign any or all properties, goods or chattels to the selling agent (Loganberrys Antique Auctions) under the Personal Properties Securities Act in order that they may recover any monies owing against purchases whether arising from unpaid purchases or uncleared cards. 12. All purchases must be removed by 6:00 PM on day of sale. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CARD LYING AROUND.
