Terms of Online Auction: All bidders are required to register at HIBID.COM prior to bidding. All items sold as is/where is in the condition they are in. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Bidder inspection is encouraged. All sales are final. No refunds or credits will be provided. Credit Card customers may not request charge-backs for any reason. The highest bidder shall be the buyer when the clock ends on each particular lot for sale. **NOTE-- BIDDING EXTENDS THE ITEM’S CLOCK. STAY VIGILANT***. Pickup location and time are specific to each auction. Items won must be picked up in accordance with the auction schedule. Upon pickup, unless otherwise noted prior to departure from pickup location, buyer affirms they have all items purchased. McDaniel Auction Center will not be responsible for items not retrieved by buyer at pickup. Alternate pickup of purchased items may sometimes be coordinated. Storage costs and convenience fees may apply to items picked up during times other than those provided. Shippers must also pick up per schedule. Shipping is available for small items for actual USPS shipping costs, plus handling fee relative to packing effort & materials. Minimum $10 handlilng fee. No refunds/credits/chage-backs for non-pickup. Bring packing material to wrap fragile items, and help to move heavy/large items. Payment collected via credit card on file with HIBID.COM.
