1. SETTLEMENT. Full settlement shall be made on the day of the sale. 2. PAYMENT. Payment for purchases may be made by credit card or wire transfer. 3. SALES TAX. Sales tax will be collected from Texas buyers unless you execute a Certificate of Resale with your tax number. 4. NO WARRANTY. All descriptions used in advertising and cataloguing are believed to be correct; however, neither those descriptions nor any statements made by the Owner or the Auctioneers concerning any item shall be construed as warranty, either expressed or implied. All items are sold “As is — where is.” The Auctioneer is the agent of the Seller. 5. REMOVAL. All items become your responsibility when sold. Buyer must arrange for pick-up or shipping, at Buyer's expense. Seller will package for shipping or help load merchandise. 6. RESALE. Auctioneer reserves the right to resell any property not paid for in full on sale day and/or any items not removed by the announced removal deadline date. The Buyer shall be responsible to the Auctioneers for any expenses of resale, collection, and/or damages resulting from the resale. 7. INJURY. Bidder agrees to hold Owner and the Auctioneers harmless for any injury to himself or his agents, and any property damage incurred, on sale premises.
