* All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. * All descriptions believed accurate but not waranteed. * Bidder inspection is encouraged. * By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. * 6% Sales Tax added to every purchase unless you have a tax exempt form on file. * 13% Buyer's Premium Charged on all purchases. There will be a 3% discout for cash or check paid on the designated pick up days and times. All others will automatically be charged to the card on file with Hibid. Please be aware that you are responsible for checking the status of your bids and check your hibid profile to view items you have won. We will do our best to email notices of winning bids but the responsibilty fall on the successful bidder. * We will accept Cash, Check, MC/Visa * We will only ship items that fit into a USPS priority Box. Any shipping charges will be at the bidders expense. There will be a 5.00 handling fee for every packaged shipped. We will combine items when feasable. * Any disputes will be resolved in Suffolk, Va Courts. * You may bid at any time the auction is open and let the computer bid for you up to your max bid as needed. Auction will close at a rate of 3 items a minute. Any item recieving a bid in the last 2 minutes will extend the auction for that item by 2 minutes. Shipping / Pick Up

Please read carefully. We can be flexible if absolutel necessary but bidders should attemp to follow the following guidelines There are hundreds of smalls in this house so we are going to designate pick up times for 3 different types of items. 1) Small items and glassware pick-up on friday 6/22 from 11-5. This will help with clearing some of these items out before furniture is picked up. 2) Furniture should be picked up on Saturday 6/23 11-5. If you need to pick up furniture on Friday we ask that you do so 3:00 PM or later. Please bring help to load furniture. 3) Large area rugs should picked up by appointment as soon possible once the furniture is picked up. It would be best to call Saturday 6/23 later in the day to check status.
