Description
Up for auction is a great collection of china, pottery, Pyrex, lighting, furniture and collectables. This collection includes several Weller, Royal Bayreuth and Royal Doulton pieces along with an Antique Willcox and Gibbs scalloped based sewing machine. Several lots of milk bottles, jars, tools, vintage comics, GI Joe action figure and many other great items.
Please read the terms carefully, they are a binding contract between you and Kemper and Cole Auction & Realty. If purchases are not settled within 3 business days of the close of the auction (with the exception of real estate or unless otherwise stated), your account is in default. Upon default the bidder will be barred from bidding on any future Kemper and Cole Auction & Realty Auctions. Bidder will also have his/her credit card on file charged the full amount of the items bid upon (plus a 3.5% credit card fee) and the items will be forfeited to Kemper and Cole Auction & Realty Auction Service. No refunds will be given. Any items not picked up on within the given pickup time frame will be forfeited and no refunds given. Any items left upon the site after pickup day will be forfeited and no refunds given. Due diligence is the responsibility of the buyer. All sales are final. No credit card charge backs will be allowed. Items may only be removed upon receipt of payment in full and presentation of a PAID invoice. Buyers assume complete responsibility for care of each purchase at time of sale. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. All statements made prior to the sale of any item take precedence over written material and any prior verbal statements. The auction company is not responsible for accidents, errors or omissions. The auctioneer reserves the right to add or remove items from the auction, split or combine lots, add minimum bids or reserve prices. The auctioneer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an individual item and/or auction event or to make changes to the auction closing times or inspection or removal times. A valid credit card is required for bidding approval (at sign up). We will accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. A pre-auction authorization will be performed to establish available credit (you may or may not be charged a $1 fee for this service.) Credit cards may show a hold on funds for a short period of time. NOTHING will be charged on your card until pickup day if that is your preferred method of payment. You may use another method of payment on pick-up day if desired. PAYMENT: All accounts must be settled on pickup day. Please bring your emailed, printed invoice with you and tell us the type of payment to be made at that time. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, cash, cashiers check, or personal checks. Credit cards will be charged a 3.5% convenience fee. All payments must be paid prior to pickup. A PAID invoice must be presented before any items are loaded. Insufficient funds checks will be charged an additional $30 fee. Warranty & Condition of Items Sold: all items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranty expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items on the preview day and bid accordingly. You are bidding on the description of the item, not the photograph (occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed.) Read the descriptions. When in doubt of the condition of an item that you have not previewed, please bid accordingly. If you decide you have made a mistake, we cannot assume the responsibility, nor can the seller. All sales are final. Property will be open for public inspection on the preview day. It is your responsibility to determine the condition then. Please bear in mind that many people may handle the items on preview day. Every effort will be made to see that items remain in the same condition that they are photographed in, however, all items are sold AS-IS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Bidders who bid online and don't attend the preview must understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they had inspected it in person and must be willing to accept the item as is. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor of the items being purchased. Items may not be returned. Online buyers must realize that Kemper and Cole Auction & Realty Auction Company is providing internet bidding as a service to bidders. The company is not responsible for any malfunctioning of internet service during or at the end of the auction. Under no circumstances can anyone hold Kemper and Cole Auction & Realty liable or have any claim against it for internet failure or missed bids. Bidders should make their maximum bids at least 24 hours before the end of the auction in case this could cause a problem. Titles, if applicable, will be disbursed on pick-up day only if the item is paid for with cash, unless the buyer is well known to the auctioneer. Otherwise they will be processed and mailed within 14 business days. Real Estate Terms: Real estate sells with owner's confirmation and details will be provided in the real estate auction listings. Shipping is available for some items (NO LARGE ITEMS). Should the buyer request shipping, they must contact the auction company prior to bidding. Payment Terms
Cash, good check or credit card payment (3.5% fee for using credit card). If using a credit card, your invoice will show a 13.5% BP, 10% for the auction and 3.5% for credit card fees. If you plan on using a credit card for payment please notify us 24 hours in advance to ensure we have the correct invoice for pickup. Payment required prior to removing items from the auction site.
