Not every item is in perfect condition. We will do our best to describe any known flaws of any item. Please be aware that things get past us. Please take the time to view all the pictures so you have an idea of what you are bidding on. During an auction you can check the status of your bids at anytime. Note that no bids can be withdrawn after the auction for any reason. All items are sold as is, where is, with all faults with no guarantees that any item is fit for a particular use. We strongly recommend attending the previews if available on any and all auctions. All bids are legally binding and enforceable in Ontario, Canada. You can choose to be notified by e-mail during the auction if you have been outbid. Please note that outbid notifications are NOT sent out during the last two hours of the sale. All winning bidders will receive an e-mail invoice within 24 hours of the auction closing. Seldom are items sold with Reserve. If an item is being sold with a reserve, it will be clearly marked and identified. For items sold with a 'reserve', you will be required to pay a minimum amount in order to win the item. If something is unclear to you please do not hesitate to contact us. We can help calrify any questions you may have regarding an item. We will try to allow veiwing of items if necessary. This will have to be scheduled at our convenience. All invoices will be charged a 10% buyers premium as well as 13% HST We reserve the right to remove or add any item to the auction at any given time Any items not picked up in the designated time slots will be marked as abandoned and resold. This does not apply if the buyer has kept open communication with us about a pickup of items. If the winning bidder cannot pickup the item within the designated time they can opt to pay for the item through e-mail transfer and pickup up at a later more convenient date not to exceed 14 days from the close of the auction. Payment is accepted only in the form of e-transfer or cash. Shipping is available for small items only. Winning bidder is responsible for all shipping costs incurred. Items and shipping must be paid in full before we will ship out any items. NO SHIPPING OF ANY GLASS ITEMS !!!! It is the responsibility of the winning bidder to bring all packing supplies and remove the items themselves. Any help from us will as a courtesy and we will not be held responsible for anything that may incur while we are helping. So please bring help if there are heavy items.
