TERMS: Complete payment due immediately a,er the aucon by cash, wire transfer, cerfied or cashier’s check. Personal or compa- ny checks will be accepted if accompanied by an irrevocable & veri- fiable le/er of guarantee from your bank. This le/er of guarantee must include the following: “(Your Bank) will guarantee or honor your check up to a specified amount for purchases made at this aucon.” No units shall be removed unl funds have been transferred to aucon company. All units shall be offered and sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranes express, implied or intended. Buyer premi- um 20% live & 22% on line will be charged. Successful bidders will be required to remove the Portables within thirty (30) days a,er the close of the aucon. If a Portable is not removed within that time period, the sale will be cancelled, and the Buyer's money refunded, less an amount of $1,000 or total sales price, whichever is less, to be retained by Seller as liquidated damages for the failure of the Buyer to remove the portable within such me period. Buyers must coordinate removal with Seller. Seller may temporari ly restrict removal in the case of muddy condions, in which case the removal deadline shall be extended by the amount of the Seller iniated delay.
