Please bring the needed supplies and help to safely remove your items. That includes but not limited to boxes and packing materials, trucks / trailers and additional labor to move items. You can send movers to remove items, but no items are allowed to be removed until the invoice has been paid in full. How the Auction closes: Staggered Closing: The online auction closes 1 lot per 30 seconds. If an item receives a bid within 5 minutes of ending the item will be extended 5 additional minutes. The Auctioneer will have the option of reselling, removing, storing or abandoning, at the expense and risk of the purchase, items not paid for and/or removed within the specific time. Terms for firearm: If high bidder picks firearm up locally they can do so at Cypress Creek Outfitters. You will have to pass a background check at the cost $30 for registration & check. If the high bidder needs shipped it will be at their expense and must be shipped to a valid FFL in your area.
