1. Prior to the Auction all intending buyers are required to complete a Bidder Registration form. No bid will be accepted without a Registered Number. 2. The highest bidder shall be the purchaser. Should any dispute arise between two or more bidders the Auctioneer shall have the discretion to put up the disputed lot again or to declare the purchaser. The Auctioneer's decision in all cases is final. 3. Pitchers Auctioneers shall have full discretion to refuse any bidding, to divide any lot, to combine any two or more lots, and to withdraw any lot or lots from the sale without giving any reason. 4. All lots are sold as shown with all faults, imperfections, and errors of description, neither Pitchers Auctioneers, the Seller nor the Auctioneer shall in any way be responsible for the genuineness, authenticity, or errors of description of any lot, or for any fault or defect in it however caused. No warranty whatever is given by Pitchers Auctioneers or any seller to any buyer in respect of any lot and any implied conditions or warranties are thereby excluded. Illustration are provided on as a guide and should not be relied upon as a true representation of colour or condition. Images are not shown at a standard scale. Care is taken to ensure that any statemant as to origin, date, age, attribution and condition is reliable and accurate, but all such statements are statements of opinion and are not to be taken as statements or representations of fact. A BID SHALL BE TAKEN AS PROOF THAT THE BUYER HAS MADE THEMSELVES ACQUAINTED WITH THE LOTS FOR WHICH HE OR SHE BIDS. 5. The Auctioneers Vendue Roll is final and no dispute shall be taken into consideration as to correctness of same. 6. Full payment for all lots must be made immediatly at the conclusion of each days sale Payments may be made by way of cash, bank cheque, EFTPOS or telegraphic bank transfers. A 2% Administration Fee Applies for most credit cards, Visa & Mastescard. Please note EFTPOS facilities are not always available depending on reception at certain remote venues. 7. All lots knocked down remain at the risk of the Purchaser, and the removal of any lot purchased will be at the risk and expense of the buyer. 8. All lots sold are subject to a Buyers Premium at a rate as stated in the Auctioneers advertisments and catalogues. 9. Persons attending the auction site, before, during or after the auction do so solely at thier own risk. The Auctioneer, his or her agents, employees or principals shall not, in any way be liable for any injury sustained to any persons or for any damage to or loss of property howsoever caused. 10. OVERSEAS BUYERS should be aware that we are not responsible for any customs fees or duties that you may incur by the importation of items bought in this Auction. In every case all customs charges are the responsibility of you as the buyer. 11. All persons attending auction site under the age of 16 years are required to be in the care of and under the supervisoin of an adult.
