All items are sold AS IS. Items will be available for preview March 10th and 11th from 10 to 4 at 638 Watervliet Ave. Dayton OH 45420. All items will be described with best information possible. All sales are Final. Pick up of items will be Sunday March 18th 1 to 6 and Monday March 19th 9 to 6. Any other arrangements need to be made on Sunday March 18th. Any items not picked up by 6 pm Monday March 19th will be held for one week. Any remaining items after that grace period will be considered forfeited. A 10% buyer's premium will be added to all winning bids. Sales tax is applicable for all Ohio residents. Tax ID required for tax deferment. Credit card required to be on file to bid. Credit card will be charged at end of sale. Auctioneer not responsible for any damage or injury during load out. Photo ID matching credit card required for pick up. As a Bidder you are responsible for any bids placed under your bidding number and password. The security of your Bidder information is your sole responsibility as you, the Bidder, will be responsible for any and all bids placed under your number. If at any time you feel that your Bidder number and password have been compromised due to lack of security on your part you must notify Auctioneer immediately. Shipping is available on most items. Those items excluded will be noted in the listing description. Shipping will be completed by Friday March 16th. $5.99 handling fee per lot plus postage. Items shipped within Ohio subject to sales tax.
