Once the invoice has been settled, security for the item is the SOLE responsibility of the buyer. ********ON SITE GUARANTEE******** Some items will be marked with an "On Site Guarantee". This gives the buyer the opportunity to request a demonstration before loading, to insure proper working order. Once the item is loaded, there is no guarantee. INTERNET BUYERS: Full payment is due immediately after the auction. The credit card given at the time of registration will be used for the full payment of your invoice (IMMEDIATELY AFTER BIDDING CONCLUDES). If your credit card is declined for ANY REASON, you will have until Noon the day after the auction to call us with a different credit card. Failure to do so will result in the sale of your items to someone else and your removal from our approved bidders list. LIVE BUYERS: Full payment is due immediately after the auction concludes. You may pay with cash, good NC check, or credit card with 3% processing fee. SELLING MULTIPLE LIKE ITEMS: if we sell multiple like items to more than one buyer, selection will be on a first come basis. (Example: If we sell dining chairs to more than one buyer, then the first buyer to show up to get their items, will get the first selection. If you are late getting there, you will choose from what is remaining.) CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACKS: **Each Bidder agrees not to initiate a credit card chargeback with respect to any charges. **Each Bidder further agrees that initiating a credit card chargeback is a DIRECT VIOLATION of the Terms and Conditions agreed upon by the bidder when registering to bid. **With the Auctioneer's presentation of these Bidder Terms and Conditions to the issuing bank, credit card company, or other financial institution, the bidder authorizes such bank, credit card company, or other financial institution to deny any credit card chargeback and to re-credit all amounts to the account of the Auctioneer.
