Terms and Conditions

R & B Liquidation Service, LLC - Auction Terms and Conditions: Buyer provides supplies, boxes, packing material, tools, equipment, etc. necessary, as well as the physical labor for dismantling, crating, loading and hauling at their own expense. No assistance from R & B Liquidation Service, LLC or its associates. 1. State driver's license or ID card is required to register and pickup. Must be 18 years or older to register. 2. Buyer premium shall be 15% for credit and debit cards (NO GIFT CARDS ALLOWED). Buyer premium shall be added to the bid price and that sum shall be the taxable amount. 3. Payment is due at the conclusion of the auction and methods of payment are AMX, VISA, Discover or MC. Payment will be charged at close of auction. 4. Tax will be 8.25% unless auction location tax rates differ. 5. All items sold "As Is Where Is" with no guarantees or warranties. 6. Auction staff reserves the right to bid and buy any auction items. 7. Auction staff/team are agents for the seller and will conduct business in his/her best interest. 8. Auction staff is not responsible for load out or providing any equipment. 9. Buyers agree not to dispute any credit card charges. 10. No buyers shall trade any items on the auction premises. 11. Any items not picked up shall revert back to the seller with NO REFUND. 12. All items must be picked up from auction location. Shipping will not be provided by R & B Liquidation Service, LLC. Shipping arrangements can be made by buyer with company of your choosing. LIABILITY OF BUYERS AT PICKUP: Buyers assume liability for any injuries sustained at pickup site (residential and/or commerical). Buyer assumes liability for damages they or their agents may cause at pickup site. CHANGES: R & B Liquidation Service, LLC reserves the right to withdraw or sell any items contained in an auction prior and/or during auction. R & B Liquidation Service, LLC reserves the right to end an auction prior to or during auction at its sole discretion. R & B Liquidation Service, LLC also reserves the right to extend the auction.
