Description	Southwest Industrial Storage Units Each item will be sold ( This will not be a total Unit at one price) This auction includes many great items such as, BMW R100S Motorcycle, BMW 900S Motorcycle, Many Vintage Models ( Cars, Bikes, Tractors) Never done, Lionel Train set new in the box, Vintage Toys, Many Tools, Large 21 Drawer Mac Tool Box, Manuals China, Rolling Tool Box Cart, Vintage Bike, Car, and truck models and much more not listed. Husband used to go to swap meets and racing vehicles, Worked on Tractor Trailers and Cars. So many items not pictured but in tubs and boxes. Never know what we may bring out the day of the auction. This auction will be outside so please Dress accordingly, Bring a chair, Boxes and Man power to move the items. If you need to make arrangement to pick up the bike/s or Tool box please let us know so we can plan on it. All other items need to be removed that day. A Porta Potty will be available. Also the property owner want everyone to park on the same side ONLY so please make sure you follow the way everyone is parked. They said they will come an tow if needed. Also please make sure you do not block any storage unit or access to the cement to company location. We will be accepting Absentee Bids Online for only the ones that are listed online at this time. If you cannot make the auction you can place your max bids online for the items shown online or if you want for other items pictured please email us and we will send you a form to fill out, we will be your proxy for you at the auction. However if you can make it , of course we would like to see you there. If you do make an Absentee Bid and show up we will still be your proxy to make sure it is fair for all of those that place an absentee Bid for just those items that you place the bid on. There will also be many other items that are not online availble to bid on at the Live Auction Absentee bids will be accepted in the "Auction Catalog" link (the full auction can be viewed by clicking the "Auction Preview" link). During the live auction, the opening bid for an item will be the "High Bid," as of 12:00:00pm (Noon) on April 26th, and a representative of Handline's Auctions will bid against the live audience, on your behalf, up to your maximum bid. If the high bid during the live event is less than your maximum bid then you win that item at that price. If the bidding by the live audience exceeds or equals your maximum bid than a guest of the live auction will be the winning bidder. Placing a Maximum Bid does not mean that is the price you will pay if you win the item. Terms and Conditions 1. You MUST be registered, be at least 18yo and have a bidders card to bid. 2. Winning bidders may pay with Credit Card or Cash only (sorry no Checks) 3. There is a 10% Buyers premium for Cash and 13% for CC this auction 4. There will be NO Sale Tax for this auction 5. All items are sold AS-IS where is and with no Warranties 6. All items are available for your inspection prior and during the auction 7. All Sales are final 8. Once an item is sold it will be placed back in a secured area until winning bidder pays and presents a Paid in Full Invoice. If the winning bidder is an absentee they will be contacted for payment and shipping if needed. 9. No items may be removed from the premise until paid in full 10. If there are any disputes, of any kind for any reason, the auctioneer calling the auction is granted the final say 11. Sold means Sold. Item will not be resold or reopened unless the auctioneer determines it is necessary 12. Absentee Bids will be accepted online and on location with the proper documents are on file prior to the sale and the Auctioneer and/or Auction Firm Personnel will be responsible for processing all bids. 13. Shipping / Pick Up

Pickup will be on Selected date only unless other arrangements are made prior to Bidding Shipping: All Item/s can be Shipped if Winning Bidder wants to pay for the item/s to be shipped. We will make sure the item/s are packaged the best we can to be shipped. The larger items if need to be shipped will be at the winning bidder discreation. We will assist the best we can for those items. To ship normal item/s there will be a Handling Fee of $5.00 1st item and $2.00 for each additional item.
