Everything is sold AS IS, WHERE IS without warranties expressed or implied. Auctioneers announcements shall take precedence over any printed material. Any bidding disputes shall be determined by the auctioneer at his discretion. Auctioneer has the right to refuse bidder card to anyone that has not satisfied the purchase from previous auctions.
