Interruption in Interface: Auction company cannot be held responsible for any interruptions in service or any errors and/or omissions caused by interruption in service or interface. Online bidding and simulcast bidding involves cooperation of cellular service, computer software and hardware. Any issues or errors arising from these interchanges is not the repsonsibility of the auctioneer or auction company. Pre bidding will begin on Monday January 15th, 2018. On Wednesday January 24th, 2018 the online auction will close at 4 p.m. CST. And the high bidders for each item will be notified at the phone number each bidder has provided. At that time each high bidder will have the oppportunity to bid by phone with an Auctioneer that is present at the live auction. Purchaser will not be entitled to any adjustment , allowance, rescission, or damages or any other remedy regarding the condition of any item purchased. Purchased items will not be released until the total purchase price has been fully paid. A minimum hold of $5000.00 (full purchase price if less than $5000.00) will be placed on your credit or debit card until full payment is received. ALL ONLINE PURCHASERS WILL BE CHARGED A 10% BUYERS PREMIUM. ANY ONLINE PURCHASE MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY January 26TH, 2018 AT 3:00 PM CST.
