Description
Post Falls Auto Auction is a live auction that primarily sells vehicles, RV's, ATV's, motorcycles, snowmobiles, boats, heavy equipment, trailers and much more! We sell consigned items from many different sources, dealers, private parties, compay vehicles, state items, bank repos and many others. We test drive all vehicles prior to the auction, any major issues we notice, that you wouldn't be able to during an idling inspection on preview days to the best of our knowledge will be noted in the catalog. AUCTION IS ON JANUARY 13TH AND STARTS AT 10AM
BUYERS TERMS " Payment is expected the day of the auction, or a 25% cash deposit will be accepted with the Balance due on Monday following the auction. " Acceptable forms of payment: Cash, Cashier's Check, Company Check, Personal Check, All major Credit Cards, and Debit Card. " No one under the age of 18 is allowed to obtain a bid number. " Please inspect all the items in the sale prior to bidding on them. " You are responsible to purchase all items that were awarded to you during the auction. " All items sell as is, where is with all faults and without warranty express or implied. " All buyers must appear onsite to complete the necessary paperwork. " All online buyers credit cards will be charged a minimum of 25% of there invoice amount on the day of the auction. The Remaining due bill will be charged monday following the auction. " If you do not have enough funds to pay for your item(s) in full and they have not been by FRIDAY FOLLOWING the auction you will forfiet all payments recieved , and the items purchased. OUR TEST DRIVE We test dirve each vehicle we do our best to notate any issues that we notice that could not be noticed in an idling state. For instance if the engine knocks but the vehicle drove fine we DO NOT notate that in the catalog. That is an issue that could be noticed during and idling state. ie Preview Days. CATALOG REMARKS *Front End Issue* This generally pertains to the suspension or drive train componants of the front end. *Rear End Issue* This gennerally pertains to the suspension or drive train componants of the rear end. *Transmission Issue* This could mean the transmission slips or is stuck in one grear etc. *Runs Rough* This means the engine was underpreforming while on a test dirve *Underpowered* This means the engine isn't suppling the normal amount of power to the vehicle. Normally these items take a while to get up to speed, or they may not get up to speed. We do our best to catch these items but we may miss something, So please know what you are bidding on. FEES 10% Buyer's Premium for Cash Buyer's 12% Buyer's Premium for Checks, Debit Cards & Credit Cards 6% sales tax, no sales tax charged to Out Of State Buyer's. $14.00 Title Fee/Certified Mail Fee, charged per vehicle. $75.00 Document Fee, charged per vehicle. REMOVAL " All items must be paid in full before they can be removed from our facility. " All items need to be removed within 5 days following the auction. Any vehicle left here longer than that without PFAA approval will be subject to penalty fees.

Payment Terms
Payment for online purchases can either be done by phone or by wire transfer. Individuals who pay via wire transfer will be sent a form on how to do so. Additionally wire transfer customers will have to wait until we verify funds before their items may be picked up. Must be Paid in Full within 2 business days following the auctions ending time. Failure to do so will result in forfiet of both funds recieved by PFAA and Items purchased from PFAA. ONLINE BUYERS, If you purchase a vehicle online and can't make it to our office by end of business auction day, your card will be ran for 25% of your total due bill. If failure to make payment by 3pm Monday, your card will be ran for the total remaining balance. If card is for some reason declined you are still responsible for payment and if arangments have not been made, legal action towards you will be made. We do not provide shipping of your items, however if you desire to have your item delivered we are more than happy to assist you in that process with providing local companies information. Just give us a call at (208) 457-3091 We allow direct pick up of your items anytime after you have paid in full. Feel free to come to our site with proof of ownership (PAID IN FULL RECIEPT) and we will release the keys to you. Please note that all items must be picked up no later than the Friday following the auction, any items left here longer than that without prior authorization by Post Falls Auto Auction will be subject to penalties.
