Cargile Auctions will be selling a very nice New Holland B95B Backhoe loader. This machine has 1178 hours and is in great shape!
A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to all purchased lots. Cash, Certified Check, Wire Transfer, or Visa/Mastercard accepted as payment upon pick up. 3% charge on all credit card purchases. Buyers waive any and all rights to initiate a credit card charge back against the transaction and/or the seller. ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL. ALL SALES ARE 'AS IS, WHERE IS'. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES. Please feel free to call with any questions PRIOR to bidding. Any merchandise not paid for in full within 2 days of auction close becomes property of auctioneer and bidder forfeits any binding winning bids. Additionally, any bidder that does not pay for their items will not be allowed to participate in future Cargile Auctions online events. All items must be paid for at pick up, unless other PRIOR arrangements have been made.
