It is not the responsibility ot the Auction Company to provide this paperwork. If you are out of state, be prepared to pay the tax. All sales are final. All items sold "AS IS-WHERE IS" without warranty of any kind from seller or auctioneer. If there should be a manufacturer's warranty, it is between the purchaser and the factory, not the seller or Auction Company. Neither the auction company nor the sellers are responsible for the intended use or the unintended use, such as re-purposing, of any item. We are Auctioneers, not authenticators. We will do our best to describe the items properly as well as share information that the sellers or others have passed along to us including the history or prominence whether written or oral. Anyone, including family or staff members of the auction company may bid at any time on any item for the purpose of purchase for themselves or the auction company or on behalf of the auction company's client, just as any customer. All parties are subject to all laws and rules including payment. Direct questions to: Tim Hash @ 540-989-1946. This auction has a "Soft Close". Here is what that means: At 7 PM on Thursday, Jaunuary 11th, the auction will BEGIN TO CLOSE. Not all items will close at the same time. If there is a bid in the last five minutes, the bid will be extended on THAT PARTICULAR ITEM. This will allow the person who got knocked out of the bidding to jump back in if they wish. Yes, on a hot item this means that the bidding could go on for quite awhile. That's why we suggest you use the MAX BID feature. If you choose not to use the max bid, don't leave the auction at 7PM thinking you have won an item as it may get extended. MAX BID: This gives you the opportunity to place a one time bid for the maximum amount that you want to pay. The automated system will bid for you in the established increments. It will not automatically bid the entire amount UNLESS a fellow auction goer has bid a max amount. Then the system will increase your bid amount upto your max that you have set. Should this happen, you will be notified and if you wish to again make another bid, you may do so at that time or right upto the close of the bidding. We know it's fun to bid and watch it unfold. We get that, becouse we love auctions too. However, there are times in your busy life that you may not have the time to dedicate to the end of the sale. That's when you may want to consider the max bid, so that you won't loose out on something you really want. Call us you have questions about this. We are always happy to talk auctions! HERE IS THE BIG ASK… Please be patient at pick up time. We have years worth of items being loaded in one day. It is up you to arrange to bring your own help, hand trucks, blankets, rope, boxes, wrapping paper, etc. BRING YOUR RECEIPT. Don't forget: if you send someone else to pick up your purchases, send cash if you don't want to use your bank card. You must be in person to pay by check. Again, bring your people to help load. REMEMBER: Stay clam, and keep bidding! Thank you for your business and referrals. We really appreciate it. Happy New Year!
Your bid must adhere to the bid increment schedule.
