The $10,000 can be in the form of a certified or cashiers check made payable to the bidder. At the end of the auction, the Successful Bidder will submit the difference (if any) of the non-refundable earnest money deposit in the form of cash, cashier's check, company or personal check; sign a real estate sales contract with the balance due at closing not to exceed 45 days from date of auction.
