Selling 1615.75 Acres of Land in 7 Tracts near Arnett, OK. CRP income, good grass, excellent hunting and several home sites. Tract 1-6 have wind energy leases. Tracts 3, 4 & 5 will be offered individually then once price is established, bids will be held. Tracts will be offered in combinations. Any bidder may add to the present dollar amount established by the auctioneer. If no advance of bid is made within a specified time frame the lots will be announced closed.
