There is a 15% Buyer's Premium that will be added to the purchase price on all items. Applicable local and state sales taxes will be charged. All items are sold "as is" where is without warranty or guarantee of any kind whatsoever. Payment must be made immediately after the auction closes. Credit cards on file will be charged automatically and a 3% surcharge will apply, unless the customer sends an email PRIOR to the auction notifying us that the customer intends to pay with a bank wire, which is due no later than 12pm CST on October 18, 2017. In the event that payment is not received by that time, The Auctioneer reserves the right to sell the item(s) the second place or subsequent bidder without further notice. If that happens, the Bidder will be put into the Bad Bidder List and will not be able to bid at our auctions or any other affiliated auctioneer auctions. Cash will also be accepted at our office only, as an alternate payment source, but only if we are notified in advance of the auction, otherwise the credit card on file will be charged and a 3% surcharge will apply. It is the responsibility of the buyer to remove the assets from the facility. The dismantling of components must be conducted by an approved rigger that has provided the owners of the facility with a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy. Any item not connected and not requiring a rigger to remove the item, must be removed from the facility on Thursday, October 19, 2017 between the hours of 9am and 5pm. We will have only one day for items to be picked up, therefore you must be available that day to retrieve your items. If you cannot be available that day, please do not place any bids on those assets, as we will not be sticking around to babysit your items. Any bidder who fails to pick up their items that day will do so at their own risk of theft, fire, vandalism, etc., as the owners and the auction company will not be responsible for those items. We will have a fork lift on site on October 19, 2017 only. Bidders who purchase items that require a rigger's service to dismantle and load, will be given thirty (30) days to remove those assets. Only riggers that are approved by the Owner will be allowed inside the plant to work. Owner and Auctioneer assume no responsiblity to remove any asset or to load any asset. It is the responsbility of the buyer to hire a licensed electrician to disconnect power to any item purchased.
