Checkout Date/Time	You MUST remove your purchases during the following times: Thursday, August 24 and Friday August 25 from 10:00 AM until 6:00 PM. After Friday, access will be by appointment only by calling the owner, Akbay Serafettin, at (919) 969-6600. Everything must be out of the restaurant by, MOnday, August 28, 2017. Failure to meet this schedule may result in losing your items without refund.

Description	After 20 years of superb service, numerous awards, and many faithful customers the owner of Vespa Ristorante can not come to acceptable terms for a new lease with the landlord. He has decided is time to close the doors, liquidate the assets, and look for a new opportunity. He will remain open until August 20, so if you get the chance go by for a last meal of his wonderous award winning food.

EQUIPMENT CONDITION: **All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY or GUARANTEE. **All sales are final. **All bids are based on the inspection, evaluation, and desire of the Bidder(s). **Unless otherwise stated in an item description, no items have been tested for functionality. **Any description of functionality is for INFORMATION ONLY and does not constitute a warranty or guarantee. **We HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you preview the items before bidding. **Once the invoice has been settled, security for the item is the SOLE responsibility of the buyer. PREVIEW: You may preview the items on Tuesday, August 22 from 10:00 until 2:00 PM. PAYMENT: Full payment is due immediately after the auction. The credit card given at the time of registration will be used for the full payment of your invoice (IMMEDIATELY AFTER BIDDING CONCLUDES), unless you have made PRIOR arrangements with Wester Auction for an alternate form of payment. If your credit card is declined for ANY REASON, you will have until Noon the day after the auction to call us with a different credit card. Failure to do so will result in the sale of your items to someone else and your removal from our approved bidders list. SELLING MULTIPLE LIKE ITEMS: if we sell multiple like items to more than one buyer, selection will be on a first come basis. (Example: If we sell dining chairs to more than one buyer, then the first buyer to show up to get their items, will get the first selection. If you are late getting there, you will choose from what is remaining.) CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACKS: **Each Bidder agrees not to initiate a credit card chargeback with respect to any charges. **Each Bidder further agrees that initiating a credit card chargeback is a DIRECT VIOLATION of the Terms and Conditions agreed upon by the bidder when registering to bid. **With the Auctioneer's presentation of these Bidder Terms and Conditions to the issuing bank, credit card company, or other financial institution, the bidder authorizes such bank, credit card company, or other financial institution to deny any credit card chargeback and to re-credit all amounts to the account of the Auctioneer.
