LOCATION OF AUCTION: The land will be sold at the meeting room in the Amity City Hall @ 12:00 Noon on Thursday, August 24, 2017. The heirs have agreed to sell this property at public auction and it will sell to the highest bidder on auction day. It is an interesting piece of land. It is remote and has marketable timber of both pine and hardwood. Sugar Loaf Creek is a boundary to the east. There is an old abandoned house that could be converted into a hunting cabin. Hunting should be good for deer, turkey and other game. The Caddo River and Hwy 182 is only a short distance away. INSPECTION: You may inspect the property any time prior to the auction.
