If an item is knowingly damaged or has a defect, we will do our best to desribe the flaw. All descriptions are believed accurate, but not warranted. THERE WILL BE A PREVIEW TIME SETUP FOR VIEWING OF EACH AUCTION. - All items will have a 15% buyer's premium added to the final price, then HST of 15% will be applied. - Pickup and removal MUST happen on the pickup date and time provided. Items not picked up on pickup night and no arrangements made will be destroyed or resold. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GRANTED. - Buyer MUST bring their own help, tools and any items needed for packing and boxing of items.
