Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Leist Auctioneers or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Leist Auctioneers will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction ends. Leist Auctioneers reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Items must be paid in full and PICKED UP on the days listed for pick up. We accept cash, checks or credit card. Your bid is a legally binding contract, no exceptions. Winning bidder agrees to indemnify and hold harmless sellers, auctioneers, auctioneers employees, auction company owners, directors, etc. etc. from all claims, fees, judgments, expenses, disputes, legal fees etc. etc. Please check the details before placing your bid.
